Glamazon Retreat Media Event in NYC

During New York Fashion Week I had the pleasure of attending the Glamazon Retreat event hosted by Makeda of Glamazon Diaries at The Bowery House. It was a great gathering of bloggers and press on a rainy day with delicious snacks courtesy of Chef Katrina Cunning.

I met up with some familiar faces like LoveBrownSugar (always great to see her!) and @StyleScrybe. I also met Nadia of Manchester PR who said she's spotted me around Lincoln Center as well as made new friends like Temple of Glam and Ashley Gaga.

There were delicious cupcakes provided by JJ's Rockin' Cupcakes that were iced for you on the spot as per your request. I had the delicious chocolate with oreo frosting.

The photographer even snapped me leaving with my goodie bag. All female guests left with a gift bag sponsored by Kmart Fashion which included AXE Anarchy for Her body spray, a bottle of Nine Walks Wine, Mallory Musante Shoes gift certificate, NYX Cosmetics color lip cream,  RumbaTime, earrings by Stone Savant Jewelry (which I just gave away), book by Nathan Seven Scott, Lexington Plastic Surgeons, Fudge Him! Jellybeans (which is one of the great inventions), and a pen from Poppin. It was an awesome gift bag to say the least!
