Helios & Luna A/W '12 Presentation
I had the pleasure of attending the Autumn/Winter '12 presentation of Helios & Luna. The designer, Patricia Clyne, said that she was influenced by British modern conceptual artist Martin Creed. I included a picture (top right) of one of his bold stripes.
There was great use of color which is surprising for a winter collection but found it refreshing. Polka dots, leather accents and fur. It definitely was a line for a sophisticated woman. They are offered in boutiques throughout the US, including online at Neiman Marcus.
The blush pink was a surprising color. I wanted to pet that jacket so badly!
Gorgeous orange color.
Had to get a close up of this dress - very Mad Men looking.
Which look is your favorite?
