My weekend was focused on my GRE prep classes so it was productive but not very interesting. But more importantly... FOOTBALL SEASON IS UPON US! Pre-season games are underway and the official season opens up with my New York Giants on September 5th. Can't wait!
Saturday: I was supposed to go to the ClosetDash Dekalb Market Swap but it got rain delayed. I ended up needed the whole afternoon taking my first GRE prep test and filling out all the vocab flash cards. I was also able to read 2 more chapters of "Going Solo," a book I started at the beginning of the summer (so behind!). Hopefully I'll be able to finish it in time to write a review for Book Club Friday. The night concluded with some pre-season football between the New York Giants and New York Jets. While my family bleeds blue, I cheer on other teams and enjoy watching certain players throughout the league.
Sunday: I had my first GRE prep class, which was 3 hours on a Sunday (no fun). Hopefully it will pay off in the long run. After catching up on some blog reading, I watched my favorite show Breaking Bad. It was a great episode for Jesse, I frankly didn't think he had it in him. Walt is hanging on by a thread. No one likes him. AND THERE'S ONLY 2 EPISODES LEFT!
