For my nephew's 4th birthday my sister (his mom) wanted to throw him a dinosaur party because he's obsessed dinosaurs. She had created a Pin Board "Kid's Parties" where she was pinning cute ideas. When she approached me for my help, I immediately said "PINTEREST!" There are tons of images for chic parties on Pinterest. She wanted a 'classy' kid's parties that could be enjoyed by the adults as well. She made me a member of the board and I began pinning away to find inspiration:

My sister's husband carved out this dinosaur watermelon, which was quite the hit! (Not easy to make, btw).

| Hung paper dinosaurs around the house and yard. Dinosaur candles on the cake. |
Found dinosaur cupcake papers and toppers online.
The kid's table featured dino themed plates and cups found online at a party store. Paleontologist hats and mustaches for the egg hunt and foam dino masks.
For the adults table we added brown sugar as sand with some dinosaur toys.
The gift bags were brown bags stamped with Happy Birthday and dinosaur cut-outs. Filled with dinosaur goodies of course!
Overall, everyone had a good time - kids and adults - which is a success. Here are some highlights:
The kid's had to wear their paleontologist hats and mustaches before the egg hunt - quite the hit!
