Fall is in the air and also in my beauty boxes! This month's GLOSSYBOX "offers a forward look into new products, formulas, technologies and colors of the season." All the items were "forward thinking" which I'm always interested in trying new innovations in the beauty world. Here's what was inside waiting for me:
Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water (3.38 fl oz $13/16.23 fl oz $52) | Global Keratin Balancing Shampoo & Conditioner (full size 10.1 oz $20 each) | MISSHA M Perfect Cover BB Cream SPF 42 PA+++ (full size 1.69 oz $29.99) | Kryolan for Glossybox Moisture Rich Lipstick in GLOSSY Pink (.14 oz $14)
Don't laugh but I honestly thought "Spa Water" was going to be actual water you drank NOT makeup remover. Good thing I read the directions. This mineral rich water is infused with six herbal essence that easily remove makeup and and nourish your skin. There are no artificial colors, fragrance or petroleum-based mineral oil. It is oil-free, alcohol-free and safe for eyes. It did a good job removing makeup but I only trust baby oil to remove my eye makeup.
It was great that they gave us a full size sample of the BB Cream but unfortunately the "Golden Beige" color was way too dark for me. Blemish Balm, also called BB Cream, is known to have been formulated as an after-treatment cream to help patients who have gone through laser skin surgery to soothe and regenerate the skin. The M Perfect Cover BB Cream gives an even and natural-looking coverage with the soothing, moisturising properties of a cream. It is suitable for all skin types including acne-prone skin, and can be used as a makeup base or foundation. P.S. Does anyone know what the "PA+++" stands for? Boscia's BB Cream also featured it.
The lipstick was a pretty rose color and it was cool that GLOSSYBOX collaborated on an exclusive color.
What did you get in your GLOSSYBOX this month?
