As much as designers want to send models down the runway or chic New Yorkers want to pound the pavement in this trend, I just can't bring myself to wear it. However, I would wear camo green. I purchased an anorak from Old Navy in Pine (color no longer available but I've posted pics of me wearing it on Instagram) that I love. Here are some other options I'd wear:

Camo is very much a military inspired trend so I'd definitely wear a military inspired jacket in camo green. I love leather accents and was trying to find this H&M jacket desperately! I would also have some fun with some polka dot jeans or as an accent color in an accessory like a scarf. Now I can get in on the camo trend without feeling like a deer hunter.

There are some camo things that I love..like camo jackets. I don't think of hunters as much as i think of our armed service people when i see the green camouflage print. I haven't jumped on the camo pants trend yet, I'm still on the fence about that. But i love the camo green color esp in jackets...and i love the leather sleeve on that you posted.

You can totally pull it off! I just know certain folks who were it for hunting or just poorly haha so I can't wear it or associate with it :p
DeleteI have a jacket that's similar to the H&M one! I've never the camo trend myself as I think it' not really my thing. I think of hunting when I see camo, too, but I grew up in an area where hunting is very popular.

DeleteI am the exact same way; I'll wear camo green, but not actual camouflage. I just can't do it, probably because of all the years I spent yelling "I can still see you" at people wearing camouflage in the city. Yeah, I'm an ass.

hahahaha, um yeah i kind of feel you. but you know what?! it's totally growing on me! which i kind of hate b/c i used to make fun of the bf for wearing camo. he's obsessed with his duck camo jacket and it looks so cute on him. i don't think you'll see me in a jacket but i kinda want to see what a pair of pants looks like.i haven't told him this b/c i don't want him to win, lol.
